On Friday November 16, 2012 at 3:15 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Garcia, age 22, of 47 Natic Avenue on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Vandalism out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, appeared before a bail commissioner and was released after posting the required fines.
At 3:20PM, Troopers arrested Alexander Yimoyines, age 24, of 9 Bristol Road, Middlebury, CT for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a broadcast of an erratic operator traveling southbound on Route 95 in Exeter. The subject was returned to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released pending a future court date at 4th Division of the District Court, Wakefield.
At 4:00PM, Troopers arrested Darlene C. Roberts, age 42, of 859 Victory Highway-Room #112, West Greenwich for Receiving Stolen Goods U/500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. The subject was returned to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released pending a future court date at 3rd Division of the District Court, Warwick.
At 4:56 PM, Troopers arrested Raymond Greene, age 19, of 6 Coventry Shoppers Plaza, Coventry for 1). Two Counts of Crank or Obscene Phone Calls, 2). Simple Assault or Battery, and 3). Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment where he will presented as a 46G Bail Violator by the Attorney General's Office.
At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested David Rodriguez, age 40, of 132 Morin Heights Blvd, Woonsocket, RI for 1) Possession of Schedule I-V (II-Hydrocodone) and 2) Possession of Schedule I-V drugs (III-Oxycodone). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Rodriguez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
