At 12:00 PM, a trooper arrested Louis Pfanstiehl, age 22, of 86 Old Flat River Road, Coventy on a Third District Court Bench Warrant on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Washington Street in the Town of Coventry. Pfanstiehl was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court.
