1. On Wednesday, November 21, 2012, Detectives arrested Brandon M. James, age 18, formerly of 8 Sutton Lane, Apartment 201, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, with Felony Assault. Mr. James was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where no plea was entered on the felony charge. Judge Houlihan set bail at $5,000 personal recognizance and scheduled a pre-arraignment conference date for January 23, 2013. Mr. James was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections to continue serving a previous sentence. Judge Houlihan issued a No-Contact order with the victim of this charge.

2. On Wednesday, November 21, 2012, Detectives arrested Daniel M. Mangru, age 18, formerly of 3 Bodell Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with Simple Assault. Mr. Mangru was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where a not guilty plea was entered. Judge Houlihan set bail at $1,000 personal recognizance and scheduled a pre-trial date for December 6, 2012. Mr. Mangru was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections to continue serving a previous sentence.

3. On Wednesday, November 21, 2012, Detectives arrested Michael E. Washington, age 56, formerly of 544 Central Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Florida. Inmate Washington was wanted by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office on a detainer after being indicted on the following charges: 1.) Burglary and 2.) Dealing in Stolen Property. Inmate Washington was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Inmate Washington was remanded to the Intake Service Center to await Florida authorities.

4. On Wednesday, November 21, 2012, Detectives arrested Roy Wood, age 63, of 60 Cushman Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Violation of Community Supervision. Mr. Wood was taken into custody at the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and specially arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Wood was released on $10,00 surety bail.
