On 11/24/12, at 8:47 AM, Troopers, arrested Billy-Joe Tevyaw, age 39, of 3 Woodside Avenue, West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating from the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. As a result, troopers received information while on the motor vehicle stop which led to a residence check for the wanted party. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
On 11/24/12, at 2:28 PM, Troopers, arrested Tara Gilmete, age 26, of 20 Gilmore Street, Pawtucket, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Chepachet Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Chin and released.
On 11/24/12, at 3:55 PM, Troopers, arrested Channara Pheap, age 26, of 67 Algonquin Street Apartment #3, Providence, RI for a Affidavit & Arrest Warrant, for First Degree Strong Armed Robbery of a person, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On 11/24/12, at 7:48 PM, Troopers, arrested James Pastore, age 29, of 151 Hope Road, Cranston, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on a charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating from the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Chin and released.
On 11/25/12, at 2:30 AM, Troopers, arrested Jordan LeVeille, age 19, of 141 Campbell Street, Pawtucket, RI for Simple Assault/Battery. This arrest was the results of Troopers responding to a disturbance located at 339E South County Trail, in the Town of Exeter. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
On 11/25/12, at 2:30 AM, Troopers, arrested Justin L. Laplume, age 20, of 120 Sheffield Road, Exeter, RI for Simple Assault/Battery. This arrest was the results of Troopers responding to a disturbance located at 339E South County Trail, in the Town of Exeter. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
