On Saturday, November 24, 2012, at 10:47 PM, Troopers arrested Pablo Tavarez, age 31, of 20 Louisa Street, Providence, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, BAC >.15. The subject consented to a Breathalyzer Test and the results were as follows: Phase I .098, Phase II .091. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Street in the City of Providence. Mr. Tavarez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later arraigned before the Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
On Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua LaPerle, age 28, of 771 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, BAC >.15. The subject consented to a Breathalyzer Test and the results were as follows: Phase I .093, Phase II .096. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Lincoln. Mr. LaPerle was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later arraigned before the Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
On Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Danny Pimental, age 35, of 364 Manton Avenue, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on 08/06/2012 on the original charge of Resisting Arrest originating from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Mr. Pimental was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks to be processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
On Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 2:41 AM,Troopersa arrested Michael W. Harrington, age 25, of 4 Serrel Sweet Road, Johnston for: 1.) Simple Assault and Battery and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a Trooper observing two subjects fighting on the shoulder of Route 95 North, north of Route 195 in the City of Providence. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned in the morning and released on Personal Recognizance.
