On November 29, 2012, Detectives arrested Robert Viola, age 52, of 60 Pine Tree Lane, South Kingstown, RI, for the following: 1) Crank/Obscene Telephone Calls (2 counts); and 2) Disorderly Conduct/Domestic. Mr. Viola was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
On November 29, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Dino Coccia, age 43, of 15 Angell Road, North Providence, RI, for the following: 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Unlawful Appropriation; 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Unlawful Appropriation; 3) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Obtaining Money under False Pretenses; and 4) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Obtaining Money under False Pretenses. Mr. Coccia was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Superior Court officials.
On November 29, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Edwin Cabrera, age 29, of 111 Evergreen Drive, East Providence, RI, for 1) Possession of Heroin, 1oz-1 kilo; 2) Possession With Intent to Deliver Heroin. Mr. Cabrera was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
