At 12:55 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Dias, age 25, of 375 Center Street, Apt. 1, Fall River, MA for 1) Possession of Heroin, 2) Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 east in the City of East Providence. Dias was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Lennon, held without bail, and transported to the ACI Intake facility.
At 11:40 AM, Troopers arrested Shania Andrade, age 22, of 27 Yorkshire Street, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on 07/31/2012 on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Service Road in the City of Providence. Ms. Andrade was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center
