At 11:30PM, Troopers arrested Jorge Ortiz, age 42, of 160 Broad Street Providence, RI for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for the charge of Misdemeanor Shoplifting Originating out of Providence Police Department. Ortiz was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Intake Center.
