At 7:30 AM, Troopers arrested Craig Whiting, age 19, of 46 Huron Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Technical Violation of Probation on the original charges of Domestic Simple Assault, originating out of the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Whiting was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and then transported to the Sixth District Court.
At 12:11 AM, Troopers arrested Karin Lamotte, age 35, of 45 Ledge Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hyatt Street in the City of Providence. Lamotte was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and then transported to Third District Court.
