On Monday December 3, 2012 at 6:12 PM Troopers arrested Ryan Hall, age 30, of 18 Meadow Wood Drive, North Stonington, CT for 1). 4th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Operating on a Suspended License out of the Westerly Police Department, and 2). Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Westerly Police Department for Operating on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Westerly Police Department.
At 12:30 AM Troopers arrested Joshua Kelly, age 21, of 5 Kent Street West Warwick, RI for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Kelly was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 1:55 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Johnson, age 19, of 41 South Killingly Road Foster, RI on 3rd Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear – Technical Violation on an original charge of Domestic Simple Assault from the Foster Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Johnson was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
