On December 6, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged Michael Goodale, age 28, having a last known address of 227 Winthrop Street, Quincy, Massachusetts, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Goodale was wanted by the Bristol County Superior Court on a straight warrant for the following offenses: 1) Trafficking cocaine; and 2) Possession to Distribute Class D Drug. Mr. Goodale appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Mr. Goodale was remanded to the custody of the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

On December 6, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged Charles C. Robinson, age 21, having a last known address of 50 Yorkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Robinson was wanted by the Attleboro District Court on a default warrant for Failure to Comply with Probation on original charges of 1) Two counts of Deface Property; 2) Receiving Stolen Goods - Motor Vehicle; and 3.) Breaking and Entering Vehicle/Boat in the nighttime (felony). Mr. Robinson appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Mr. Robinson was remanded to the custody of the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

On December 6, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged James W. Myrick, age 21, having a last known address of 112 Chad Brown Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Myrick was wanted by the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office on a straight warrant for the following: 1) Rape; and 2) Indecent Assault and Battery on Person 14 or over. Mr. Myrick appeared before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Mr. Myrick was remanded to the custody of the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

On December 6, 2012, members of the Major Crimes Unit arrested Hasan Hussain, age 51, of 5 Spring Road, Westboro, MA, for the following: 1) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses over $1500; and 2) Mortgage Foreclosure Consultant Regulation Violation. Mr. Hussain was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court, where he was arraigned before the Honorable Judge O'Valles and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

On December 6, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged Julio Angel Vasquez, age 28, having a last known address of 8 Chester Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with Threats to Public Officials. Mr. Vasquez was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan in Third Division District Court, where bail was set at $20,000 personal recognizance. A pre-arraignment conference was scheduled for January 24, 2013. Mr. Vasquez was also presented as a Superior Court probation violator and was subsequently remanded to the custody of the Adult Correctional Institutions to continue serving his controlling sentence for Assault on a correctional officer. A no contact order was issued for the victim.

On December 6, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Matthew Chivers, age 22, of 104 Graystone Street, Warwick, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of Marijuana, in excess of 5 kilos; 2) Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver; and 3) Conspiracy to Possess Marijuana with Intent, over 5 Kilos. Mr. Chivers was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and specially arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, where he was ordered held without bail. Mr. Chivers was subsequently transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions.

On December 6, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Ryan Murray, age 27, of 94 Beach Avenue, Warwick, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of Marijuana, in excess of 5 kilos; 2) Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver; 3) Conspiracy to Possess Marijuana with Intent, over 5 Kilos; and 4) Resisting Arrest. Mr. Murray was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and specially arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, where he was ordered held without bail. Mr. Murray was subsequently transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
