At 11:18 PM, troopers arrested Javon E. Carter, age 21, of 94 Foxwoods Lane, Raynham, MA, for Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Carter was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Suvari, and released with future court dates at 4th Division of the District Court, Wakefield.
