At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Silverio Hernandez, age 36, of 318 Manton Street Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 3) Operating Without a License. Hernandez was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
At 11:10 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Digiovengiacomo, age 40, of 19 Duxbury Street Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence / 1st Offense- .15 or Greater. Digiovengiacomo was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by Bail Commissioner Peltier, and released into the custody of a family member.
At 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Lauren Dennehy, age 23, of 10 Farmhill Road Wrentham, Massachusetts for 1) Duty to Stop– Accident Resulting – Damage to Attended Vehicle, 2) Driving Under the Influence / 1stOffense- .15 or Greater. Denney was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 2:25 AM, Troopers arrested Vicente Sanabria, age 38, of 850 Broad Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence / 1stOffense- .15 or Greater 2) Driving Without License. Sanabria was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
