At 9:10 AM, Troopers arrested Francisco Polanco, age 47, of 1003 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Family Court Domestic Body Attachment and 2.) Driving on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.
At 1:30 PM Troopers arrested Sean Richardson, age 21, of 161 Burnside Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review originating out of the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Stewart Street in the City of Providence. Richardson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to Superior Court for arraignment.
At 8:10 PM Troopers arrested Jennifer A. Scott, age 40, of 247 N. Washington Street, North Attleboro, Massachusetts, for 1.) DUI – BAC Unknown and 2.) Chemical test refusal. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 116 in the Town of Lincoln. Scott was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed then transported to State Police Headquarters where she was held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 12:37 AM, Troopers arrested Alexander Alvarenga, age 20, of 364 Public Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing, on an original charge of Operating With a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nebraska Street in the City of Providence. Alvarenga was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
