On January 2, 2013, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Maureen Rondeau, age 43, of 115 Glendower Road, 1st Floor, Roslindale, MA, for the following: 1) RISP Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for three (3) counts of Larceny over $500, three (3) counts of Access to a Computer for Fraudulent Purposes, and three (3) counts of Forgery and Counterfeiting; 2) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Unlawful Appropriation; 3) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on an original charge of Embezzlement; 4) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Larceny; 5) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Dealing in Credit Cards of others; and 6) NCIC Warrant for Violation of a Court Order originating from the four above Superior Court Bench Warrants. Rondeau was charged as a Fugitive from Justice by the Massachusetts State Police in West Roxbury District Court, Boston, MA, where extradition proceedings were waived. Rondeau was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and subsequently arraigned in Fourth District Court before the Honorable Associate Judge Madeline Quirk. Rondeau was held without bail pending an appearance in Kent County Superior Court.
