On January 4th, 2013, at 2:25 PM, Troopers, arrested Sean Skipper, age 35, of 976 Chalkstone Avenue, 2nd Floor, Providence, RI on an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Violation of Community Supervision originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Detective Division. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Second District Court for the report of a wanted subject. Skipper was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
