On Tuesday January 8, 2013, At 12:55 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Hieap, age 19, of 25 Malcolm Road, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Possession of Marijuana, and 2.) Driving while in Possession of Controlled Substance. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held pending a formal Arraignment @ 3rd District Court in the AM.
