At 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Alonzo, age 20, of 978 Tiogue Avenue Apt. 22, Coventry, RI for a Third District Court bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and released after paying fines.
