At 4:00 PM Troopers arrested Juan Garcia, age: 24 of 10 Owen Street, Providence for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non- Support. Garcia was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
