At 6:29 PM, Troopers arrested Nathan Brown, age 23, of 85 Westcott Avenue, Cranston, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Shoplifting originating out of Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 6:44 PM, Troopers arrested David F. Silva, age 28, of 129 South Main Street, Coventry, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Silva was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Aida Rodriguez, age 23, of 235 Hartford Avenue Apartment #4, Providence, RI for 1.) Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense and 2.) Driving While in Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Rodriguez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released.
At 12:15 PM, Troopers arrested Victor Troche, age 22, of 1078 Eddy Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Attorney General Request Violation Report on an original charge of Carrying a Pistol Without a License from the Providence Police Department and 2.) 6th Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana from the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Church Street in the Town of West Warwick. Troche was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed before being transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
