On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 2:00 PM, a Trooper arrested Paul M. Kerins, age 40, of 131 Clay Street, Central Falls, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License that originated from the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of Mr. Kerins responding to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for a follow up investigation. Mr. Kerins was processed then transported to Sixth District Court for an arraignment.
On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 4:30 PM, a Trooper arrested Carlos Benitez, age 30, of 214 Althea Street Providence, RI on a Bench Warrant from Family Court for the charge of non child support. This arrest was the result of the subject responding to the Attorney General's Bureau of Criminal Identification Unit and requesting a records check. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 8:11 PM, a Trooper arrested Thomas Gauthier, age 44, of 268 Hunt Street, Pawtucket, RI for: 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Larceny greater than $1500 that originated from the Pawtucket Police Department 2.) Fugitive from Justice from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on the original charge of the Purchase of Cocaine. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned at Sixth District Court.
On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at At 8:45 PM, Troopers arrested Eugene Lowell, age 27, of 43 Huxley Avenue, Providence, RI for: 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of Violation of No Contact Order originating from the Central Falls Police Department 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of Breaking and Entering originating from the Pawtucket Police Department 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of Domestic Simple Assault 3rd Offense originating from the Pawtucket Police Department This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
