At 10:15 AM, Troopers arrested Octavio Frias, age 49, of 82 Parkway Avenue, Cranston, RI., on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 1:06 PM, Troopers arrested Engels Suriel, age 33, of 109 Bridgham Street, Providence, RI., on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Sixth District Court.
At 1:50 PM, Troopers arrested Mohamed Nabe, age 22, of 100 Archer Street, #7, Pawtucket, RI., on a Parole Board Warrant for Violation of Parole. The arrest was the result of responding to the Pinel Building for the wanted subject. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Intake Center.
At 6:15 PM, Troopers arrested Pablo Hernandez, age 22, of 266 Webster Avenue, (2nd FL) Providence, RI., for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for Community Service Review on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana by Providence PD, and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Shoplifting by Cranston PD. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Intake Center.
At 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Elizabeth Oviedo, age 35, of 215 Webster Avenue, Providence, RI., on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession With Intent – Schedule I/II. The arrest was the result of the Adult Correctional Institution Medium Security contacting the Barracks to advise that they had a wanted subject in custody. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake.
At 11:00PM, Troopers arrested Andre Valente, age 21, of 7 Hill Street Acushnet, MA., for 1) Possession of Marijuana, and 2) Possession of Ecstasy MDMA (Schedule I). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 West in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 10:41 PM, Troopers arrested Christian Olivieri-Hernandez, age 24, of 652 Main Street 2nd Floor, Pawtucket, RI., for 1) Possession of Oxycodone (Schedule II), 2) Possession of Clonazepam (Schedule IV), and 3) Operating on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 12:15AM, Troopers arrested Edgar Mendez, age 29, of 28 Bergen Street Providence, RI., on a Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and arraigned before the Justice of the Peace.
At 1:00AM, Troopers arrested Jose Rodrigues, age 44, of 50 Lying Street Dartmouth, MA., for a Sixth District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense / BAC Unknown originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. The arrest was the result of Mr. Rodrigues arriving at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks to provide bail money for a prisoner already in custody. Subject was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.
