At 11:45 PM, Troopers arrested Gary Rounds, age 25, of 15 Massachusetts Avenue Cumberland, Rhode Island, for a Third District Division Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving Under the Influence 1st Offense / B.A.C. Unknown originating from the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and later made and initial appearance before Bail Commissioner Catalano and released on personal recognizance.
