At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Dicenso, age 26, of 120 Vandewater Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing for the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle Stop on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. Dicenseo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 12:56 PM, Troopers arrested Harold Bustos, age 28, of 93 Summer Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island on an Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault from the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hunt Street in the City of Central Falls. Bustos was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 1:38 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Luna, age 36, of 100 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Luna was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 1:36 PM, Trooper arrested Nicholas Palmisciano, age 23, of 263 Beach Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct/Domestic originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Japonica Street in the City of Pawtucket. Palmisciano was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 2:45 PM, Troopers arrested Darin Silvia, age 19, of 35 Tappan Street Apt. #200 Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cambridge Street in the City of Providence. Silvia was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Addison Brito, age 19, of 85 Wendell Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Trial on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out Rhode Island State Police, Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Brito was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 3:59 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Todman, age 29, of 9 Moore Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a 3rd District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on a charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police, Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Todman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Adult Corrections Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Roxanne Schaefer age 28 of 56 Tell Street Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault and Disorderly Conduct originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Schaefer was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and then turned over to the West Warwick Police Department for arraignment.
At 4:21 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Lora-Jimenez, age 27, of 33 Barbara Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police, Lincoln Woods Barracks 2.) Operating with a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle Stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Lora—Jimenez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released after posting bail.
At 4:58 PM, Troopers arrested Katiusca Baez, age 23, of 13 Leah Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the State Police, Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Baez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Women's Intake Center.
At 4:45 PM, Troopers arrested Alicia Cristofaro, age 22, of 129 Mitchell Street, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on a charge of Driving After Suspension of License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of Cristofaro turning herself in at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Cristofaro was processed at the barracks and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Women's Intake Center.
At 1:23 AM, Troopers arrested Rafael Villar, age 39, of 63 Pacific Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs-Blood Alcohol Content Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 south in the City of Pawtucket. Villar was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
