At 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Angela Breault, age 23, of 56 Maple Ave, W.Warwick, RI., for Failure to Appear for a Third District Court Arraignment, hold without bail, on an original charge of Obstruction out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
