At 11:25 AM, Troopers arrested Andrew Russell, age 26, of 208 Anan Wade Road, Glocester, RI, for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving under the Influence/ Second Offense originating out of the Glocester Police Department. Russell was processed and later transported to 3rd Division District Court for sentencing.
