At 11:10 AM, Trooper arrested Scott Dewey, age 29, of 114 Bowling Lane, Westerly, RI on a Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving With a Suspended License from the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of Coventry. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 4:12 PM, Trooper arrested Justin Aguiar, age 19, of 27 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the City of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, later arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 4:33 PM, Troopers arrested Victor Santos, age 34, of 285 High Street, Pawtucket, RI for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Child Support Hearing. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 1:30AM,Troopers arrested David Sullivan, age 33, of 550 Victory Highway, lot #28, Exeter, RI for 1- 3rd Offense Felony Domestic Disorderly, 2- 3rd Offense Felony Domestic Simple Assault Obstruction and 3- Obstruction of officers in execution of duty. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Sullivan's residence for a reported disturbance. Sullivan was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
