At 9:42 AM, Troopers arrested Brian N. Noury, age 45, of 36 Rockaway Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for a 1) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License originating out of State Police Scituate Barracks and 2) Driving After Suspension of License. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the 3rd District Court.
At 6:42 PM, Troopers arrested Thomas Riendeau, age 48, of 1000 Willett Avenue, Riverside, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs—1st Offense—BAC Unknown, 2) Possession of Marijuana and 3) Refusal To Submit To A Chemical Test. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
At 1:37 AM, Troopers arrested Shannon A. Hawkins, age 19, of 66 Cooper Road, Glocester, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs—1st Offense—BAC Unknown, 2) Possession of Marijuana and 3) Refusal To Submit To A Chemical Test. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
