At 10:30 pm, troopers arrested James Skirvin, age 38, of 54 Kingston Road-Apt #110, Richmond, RI for Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of troopers assisting Richmond Police Department in a larceny investigation, and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Mail Road in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Skirvin was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held overnight for an arraignment at 4th District Court, Wakefield.

The arrest was the result of troopers assisting Richmond Police Department in a larceny investigation, and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Mail Road in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Larosa was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held overnight for an arraignment at 4th District Court, Wakefield.
