Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported January 31, 2013)

Jorge Dossantos, SOB: 10/26/88 329 Court Street Brockton, MA P1-2013-0380A

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Jorge Dossantos with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about September 1, 2012, Dossantos robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.

The alleged event took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Dossantos is currently held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 20, 2013.

Hector Andrade, DOB: 6/19/88 579 Hunt Street Central Falls, RI P1-2013-0381A

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Hector Andrade with five counts of first degree robbery in a series of hold-ups of businesses in Pawtucket, Central Falls and North Providence.

It is alleged that on or about July 30, 2012, Andrade robbed the Cuisine Delmar fish market on Lonsdale Street in Pawtucket. It is further alleged that he robbed the Kandel Food Store on Broad Street in Central Falls on or about August 12, 2013, and also robbed Sam's Food Store on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence on or about August 13, 2012.

The Pawtucket, Central Falls, and North Providence police departments conducted the investigation. Andrade is currently being held in Massachusetts on robbery charges. A warrant for his arrest will be issued.
