At 5:00PM, Troopers arrested Jeremy Fagre, age 36, of 331B South County Trail, Exeter, RI for 1.) Simple Assault and 2.) Malicious Injury to Property. Arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a 911 call and subsequent investigation. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later Special Arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future 4th District Court Date.
At 8:50 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Robinson, age 28, of 3595 Post Road, Warwick, RI, for Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of East Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, pending a 3rd District Court Date.
At 12:25AM,Troopers arrested Douglas Pion, age 37, of 45 Vine Street, West Warwick, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs-1st Offense (B.A.C. > 0.15); 1st test 0.291 at 1:26 AM 2nd test 0.274 at 1:36 AM. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Suspect was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held, pending morning arraignment.
