At 11:26 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph N. Pitrone, age 41, of 11 Haven Street, Smithfield, RI, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs—1st Offense—BAC Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a family member.
