On Friday February 1, 2013, At 8:10PM, a Trooper arrested James Dean, age 19, of 339 South County Trail, Exeter, RI, for 1.) Simple Assault . The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Subject was processed and Special Arraigned by Justice of the Peace Robinson and released pending a 4th District Court arraignment date.
On Friday February 1, 2013,At 10:55PM, Troopers arrested Aparicio Valle, age 20, of 11 Mercy Street, Providence, RI, for 1.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department 2.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation on a charge of Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
On Friday February 1, 2013, At 10:55PM, Troopers arrested Troy Lassiter, age 39, of 73 Julian Street, Providence, RI, for 1.) Obstruction 2.) Driving without a License 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation on a charge of Murder I originating out of the Providence Police Department, 4.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held pending a Special Arraignment as a Probation Violator.
