Providence County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for 32F Filed for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, 3.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for 32 F Filed for the charge of Domestic-Simple Assault originating out of the Central Falls Police Department and 4.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for 32 F Filed for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to Providence County Superior Court.

Unknown) and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road, in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Catalano and released.
At 1:49 AM, Troopers, arrested Timothy J. Fanning, age 33, of 160 Hailes Hill Road, Swansea, MA for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, (BAC Phase I .276%; BAC Phase II .273%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
