On February 9th, at 10:23 PM, Troopers, arrested Jacqueline Murray, age 55, of 610 Ten Rod Road, Exeter, RI for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department 2) Affidavit Arrest Warrant on the charges of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses and Exploitation of an Elderly originating out of the West Warwick Police Department 3) Operating on a Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road, in the City of Warwick. Murray was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Women's Intake Center.
On February 10th, at 1:43 AM, Troopers, arrested Isidro Cruz-Guzman, age 44, of 50 Epworth Avenue, West Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- 1st Offense BAC .15 or Greater (1st Phase-.161% /2nd Phase-.161%). This arrest was the result of a wrong way driver and subsequent motor vehicle stop on East Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Cruz-Guzman was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
