At 7:20 AM, Troopers arrested Max D. Boudreau, age 19 of 787 Washington Street Apt. 3, Coventry, RI on 1) a Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant and 2) a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of a Weapon other than a Firearm originating from Coventry PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. Boudreau was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later transported to Third District Court.
At 2:00 PM, Troopers arrested Shawn Harnish, age 31, of 31 Butler Street, Salem, MA for 1) Possession of Schedule II (Adderall) and 2) Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Harnish was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released.
At 11:55PM, Troopers arrested Kieran Boyle, age 21, of 291 Court Street, Dedham, MA for 1) Possession of Marijuana and 2)Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. Boyle was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released.
At 12:08AM, Troopers arrested Richard Desjarlais, age 39, of 28 Weaver Street, West Warwick, RI for 1) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear – Non Support and 2) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Obtaining Money under False Pretenses originating from the Pawtucket Police Department. Arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Desjarlais was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
