At 10:40 AM, Troopers arrested Alisha Giglio, age 24, of 74 Baldwin Street, Pawtucket, RI on a 4th Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving With a Suspended License from the RI State Police Hope Valley Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of Exeter. Giglio was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Fourth District Court.
At 11:25 AM, Troopers arrested Davil Wollery, age 43, of 90 Packard Way, Brockton, MA for 1.) Possession of Marijuana and 2.) Driving While in Possession of a Controlled Substance. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of Exeter. Wollery was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 7:55PM, Troopers arrested Leonard Traficante, age 35, of 24 Sheryl Circle, Warwick, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Fraud – Violation of Banking Laws originating from the North Kingstown Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Traficante was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later turned over to the North Kingstown Police Department.
