On February 14, 2013, members of the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police arrested Edward Heiss, age 57, of 201 Greenbrier Avenue, Seekonk, Massachusetts, on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant on a charge of embezzlement. Mr. Heiss was turned over to Massachusetts officials for extradition proceedings.
