1) On February 15, 2013, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested David Pacheco, age 28, of 450 Hartford Avenue, Providence, RI, on the following: 1) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on a Felony Domestic Assault; 2) Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Domestic Disorderly; and 3) Resisting Arrest. Mr. Pacheco was turned over to Sixth District Court and during his arraignment, personal recognize bail was ordered on the Resisting Arrest charge. Mr. Pacheco will be held until Tuesday to appear in Superior Court to answer to the bench warrant.
2) On Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:30 AM, a Detective charged Anthony A. Saieta, age 34, of lka: 92 Rhode Island Street Cranston, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Inmate Saieta was wanted by the Massachusetts Office of Probation for violation of probation out of the Middlesex Superior Court for the charges of 1.) Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Inmate Saieta was presented before the Honorable Judge Pirraglia in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Inmate Saieta was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the Adult Correctional Institution to await Massachusetts authorities. Arrest the result of an investigation by the ACI Investigations Unit.
3) On Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:30 AM, a Detective charged Francisco V. Rodriguez, age 31, of lka: 28 Cross Street Apartment #302 Central Falls, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from justice from the State of Connecticut. Inmate Rodriguez was wanted by the Connecticut Department of Corrections - Waterbury Parole and Community Services for Escape from community release. Inmate Rodriguez was presented before the Honorable Judge Pirraglia in Third Division District Court where extradition proceedings were waived. Inmate Rodriguez was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the Adult Correctional Institution to await Connecticut authorities. Arrest the result of an investigation by the ACI Investigations Unit.
