At 2:11PM, Troopers arrested Alfonso Delgado, age 33, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V (Cocaine) 2.) Possession of Weapons other than Firearm (Knife) 3.) Driving in Possession of a Controlled Substance. Delgado was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed, presented in front of on call Attorney General as a bail violator and held without bail. Delgado was later arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
