At 10:35AM, Troopers arrested Jessica Huey, age 31, of 186 Elsie Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elsie Street in the City of Cranston. Huey was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Women's Intake Center.
At 4:20PM, Troopers arrested Luis Adorno, age 29, of 171 Byfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving without a License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of his brother.
At 4:20PM, Troopers arrested Jovanny Adorno, age 23, of 171 Byfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Crank or Obscene Phone Calls originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 6:11PM, Troopers arrested Jason Andrade, age 34, of 15 Veto Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1). Operating with a Suspended License 2). 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pine Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 7:59PM, Troopers arrested Spyridon Passios, age 45, of 957 West Main Road, Middletown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Cumberland Police Department 2). Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Reckless Driving originating out of the Newport Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.

The arrest was the result of Troopers checking a road walker on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence. Peters was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
