At 2:56 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Florian, age 19, of 275 Amherst Street, Providence, RI for 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. Florian was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
