On February 25, 2013, a Detective assigned to the ACI charged John M. Barry, age 52, having a last known address of 101 Ford Street Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, with Violation of Community Supervision. Mr. Barry appeared before the Honorable Judge McCaffrey in Third Division District Court where a not guilty plea was entered. Judge McCaffrey set bail at $1,000 personal recognizance and scheduled a pre-trial conference for March 11, 2013.
