On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 12:15 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Forte, age 50, of 149 Atlantic Avenue, Providence, RI for: 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving without a License 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear to Present as a Violator originating from the State Police Headquarters 3.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from the Westerly Police Department for Fraudulent Conversion 4.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses 5.) Fugitive from Justice from Massachusetts on the original charge of Larceny from the North Attleboro Police Department.This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Providence Police Department on Atlantic Avenue in the City of Providence with a complaint. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over the Cranston Police Department.
On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 3:00 PM, a Trooper arrested Jose Baulogne, age 22, of 39 Lonsdale Avenue, Pawtucket, RI for: 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Ability to Pay on the original charge of Resisting Arrest originating from the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2). Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear – Non Support for Body Attachment. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Newell Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Adalisa Orsini, age 21, of 23 Florence Street, Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Simple Assault. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Mr. Orsini was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released after posting the required cash bail.
On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Paul Nadeau, age 24, of 23 Grantland Road, Cranston, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol / BAC .15 or Greater – 1st Offense. The subject consented to a Breathalyzer Test and the results are as follows: Phase I: .162, Phase II: .162. This arrest was the result of a 911 call to the Lincoln Woods Barracks reporting a possible intoxicated operator on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Mr. Nadeau was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 3:35 AM, Troopers arrested John French, age 29, of 13 Spring Street, Foxboro, MA for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol BAC Unknown/ 2nd Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. Mr. French was processed and held overnight at the Lincoln Woods Barracks pending a morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
