At 1:40 AM, Troopers arrested Nikia Waite, age 30, of 91 Barstow Street, Providence, RI, for an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant originating from the Providence Police Department for 1st Degree Robbery and a RI Attorney General NCIC Warrant for 1st Degree Robbery.The subject was processed at Headquarters and was later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
