At 8:05 AM, Troopers arrested Frank Erick Adams, age 35, of 2 Rosa Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts for 1) Manufacture / Possession / Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine – 1OZ to 1KG, 2) Possession of Crack Cocaine 1OZ to 1KG, 3) Driving in Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, 5) Driving after on a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at the Route 102 truck stop in the Town of West Greenwich. Troopers also seized $17,227 in US Currency. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 6:30 PM, Troopers arrested Jacqueline Desousa, age 27, of 39 Woodville Alton Road – Apartment 3, Hopkinton, RI for 1) Driving on a Suspended License, and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a original charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of East Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 2:01 AM, Troopers arrested Tracy I. Lanoue, age 38 of 68 Beaver Avenue, Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence – BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Lanoue was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, transported to State Police Headquarters and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
