On Wednesday, March 5, 2013, at 11:55 AM, a Trooper arrested Barbara Perreault, age 28, of 61 Salmon Street, Providence. RI on a Third District Court Bench Warrant, for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a Driving Without a License Charge that originated from the Hope Valley Barracks. This arrest was the result of the subject responding to Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for a hearing and being held by a Court Officer. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at Third District Court.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2013, at 12:00 PM, a Trooper arrested Franklin Johnson, age 27, of 746 Atwells Avenue, Providence,RI on a Parole Violation Warrant. This arrest was the result of the Parole Board contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks and advising that the subject had turned himself in after being notified of the warrant. The Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2013, at 4:30PM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey Ellis, age 44, of 46 Maple Avenue, West Warwick, RI on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a Suspended License Charge that originated from the Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a suspicious activity call at the intersection of Route 95 and Jefferson Blvd in the City of Warwick. The Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2013, at 11:08 PM, Troopers arrested Patrice Dalomba, age 57, of 139 Cleveland Street, Pawtucket, RI on a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to appear and pay on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License that originated from the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Thursday, March 6, 2013, at 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Edy Guzman Batres, age 34, of 32 Edward Street, Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on the ability to pay on an original charge of Driving without/Expired License from the State Police Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of Providence. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of Peace and released after posting the required cash bail. _______________________________________________________________________________
