The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) announced that it is closing the right two lanes on I-95 North for repairs following a crash at the Milford Street overpass, located between Exit 15 (Jefferson Boulevard) and Exit 16 (Route 10). The lanes will be closed within the hour and are expected to reopen in time for the afternoon commute.
Traffic is also restricted from traveling on the overpass, and motorists should detour using Laurens Street or Park Avenue.
