The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Mandell Tripp with one count of manslaughter for the October 29, 2012 death of Kevin Brown.
The Westerly Police conducted the investigation. Tripp is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on June 3, 2013.
