The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Luis Lopez and Wilson Garcia each with one count of first degree robbery, conspiracy, and assault with the intent to rob.
It is alleged that on or about February 26, 2014, Lopez and Garcia assaulted and robbed an individual. The alleged incident took place in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Lopez and Garcia are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
